How do I care for my Los York apparel?
Most of our garments should be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat. Care instructions are also listed on the garment tag.
Should I expect shrinkage when I wash my apparel?
Our clothing suppliers produce items that are always specially washed, which not only gives them their super soft texture, but pre-shrinks them as well.

Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will do our best to cancel your shipment. If your item(s) have already shipped out, however, we won’t be able to cancel the order.
I didn't receive a confirmation in my email, did you receive my order?
During peak seasons, order confirmation emails can be delayed. If you received an order number after checkout, then your order is submitted. We suggest noting down the order number at checkout for your personal records.
When will my purchase be shipped?
All orders will be shipped to the customer from our office in Santa Monica, CA within 5 business days.

We will do our best to answer your email within 48 hours, Monday-Friday.
Oops! I entered in the wrong shipment address details, how can I get my package reshipped?
Once the package has been returned to Los York, we will contact you through either the phone number or email address you provided upon check-out to verify your details.
What is your return policy?

How long until my return is processed and credit is received?
It takes approximately 7 business days to process your return from the time we receive it. Credit back to your original card may take an additional 4-7 business days depending on your provider.
How can I exchange my received item(s)?
If you wish to make an exchange, please enclose the completed return form that was included in your shipment. Los York is not liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return form enclosed. We do not provide prepaid return labels. EXCHANGES: The original discount or promotional code only applies to items where the same style originally purchased is being exchanged for a different color or size. If you choose to exchange the item for a different style, the discount from the original style purchased cannot be transferred to the new style.
Can I exchange my item for a higher priced item if I pay the difference?
No, exchanges are only for items of equal and/or lesser value. If the exchange is of lesser value, we will provide an online credit for the difference.
I received a damaged item, what should I do?
