All shipments are sent via USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

An order confirmation will be sent to your email with tracking information once your order has been placed. All orders will be shipped within 5 business days.

RETURNS

We want you to love your Los York merchandise, and are therefore happy to receive returns 30 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange. All products must be returned unused and unaltered. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Los York is not liable for any lost packages. Please include your return form inside the package. Los York is not liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return form enclosed.
